Seated under an old imposing oak tree on the tasting deck, visitors can enjoy a variety of wine and food pairings. Pairings include a selection of cheeses, chocolate, nougat, and even a children’s tasting platter with sparkling grape juice.

Further activities include cellar tours, or for the more active at heart a 7.5km biodiverse hiking and mountain biking trails.

Christina’s bistro offers lazy breakfast or lunches and can be completed with a stroll around the oasis garden paradise, where every tree planted tells a story to commemorate special occasions.
