Here wine-farmers, owners of guest-houses and restaurateurs take pride in their belief in a slow way of life, an ethos they love to share with visiting food and wine enthusiasts wishing to savour personable and immersive experiences, encountering this magical part of the Boland at a leisurely pace. Over this year’s Heritage Inspired Slow Food & Wine Weekend visitors will be exposed to the diversity of Robertson’s internationally renowned wines while taking-in breathtaking scenery between flavoursome visits to various farm-to-fork eateries, each plating-up meals made from local seasonal ingredients inspired by the heritage and tradition this region is known for.
