Sales Manager, Excelsior Estate

The Excelsior Sales Manager manages all aspects of the sales of the business. This entails the following:
Designing and implementing sales plan.
Manage international sales. Includes:
o Correspondence with agents and building customer relations
o Setting sales plans and goals for the year
o Budgets and incentives for markets
Present wine tastings 
Travel internationally to fairs and agents events
Manage Local market
Set up strategy
Manage National accounts to get listings 
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Minimum Qualification: Completed Craftsmanship 
Level of Experience: 5years’ experience in Maintenance Management position within similar environment
Position Summary 
Oversee all maintenance on Farm buildings - plumbing, electrical (domestic), refrigeration, air conditioning, building, carpentry, waste management, water plant, generators, projects 
Job Requirements: 
1. Multi skilled in all aspects of maintenance : Excellent mechanical and technical, Farm machinery Painting, Basic plumbing, Fault finding 
2. Five (5) years of skilled Mechanical and Building maintenance experience 
3. Able to manage a team on various large projects, and be able to multi task and delegate: MUST be hands on! 
4. Skilled in Plumbing, sewage treatment and removal, water systems and refuge removal 
5. Previous experience maintenance and repairs – Staff houses, Cellar and other buildings, pumps, and electrical 
6. Computer Literate - and fair administrative ability 
7. Proficient in Word and Excel 
8. Ability to draw up and manage budgets 
9. Ability to manage a Health & Safety and Accreditation programmes 
10. Ability to manage a well organised preventative maintenance program 
11. Must be able to communicate at all levels : Fluent in English and Afrikaans 
12. Self-starter, eye for detail, and an understanding of maintenance environment
13. Good interpersonal and organisational skills 
14. Valid Driver’s license Code 08
